Our policy strictly does not accommodate refunds under any circumstances. The highest form of compensation we offer is store credit, redeemable for future purchases.
No Refund/ Cancellations:
Due to the nature of the products, all merchandise are made to measure and arranged specially to suit your order. Hence, we cannot refund or cancel any orders.
RETURNS
How do I return/exchange an item?
In the unlikely scenario you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, or if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product, incorrect size, or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 3 days of delivery. Based on the facts and circumstances, a replacement shall be arranged. Please note that, PIX does not provide any guarantee, warranty for the fabric and colour of the products.
Please CLICK HERE to initiate a return for replacement. Your return request should contain the order number, barcode and comprehensive details along with image(s)/ video of the defects/complaints of the product while unboxing the order delivered to you.
We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. We’re pleased to offer store credit for returned/replaced items and REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The store credit issued is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Following products shall not be eligible for return:
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Any item that has been worn or washed.
All returns are subject to PIX’ discretion and quality inspection at our end. However, rest assured, we strive to handle each case with thoughtful consideration.

How do I cancel an order?
While cancellations would not be entertained after an order is successfully placed with us, please mail us at support@highstreetpix.com to request a cancellation of your order.
Return Policy Abuse
We want all our customers to have a great experience with us at highstreetpix.com. In order for our 3 Day Easy Replacement Policy to be sustainable and fair for all, we take Return and Replacement Policy abuse seriously.
We monitor customers who have placed multiple Return & Exchange requests with us. Even the ones who place these requests over multiple accounts. This makes us feel like there are certain customers who are not here to shop but to “borrow” a product just to return it later. We will deny repeat return requests from customers who use such tactics and prohibit them from future purchases.
We want you to have a pleasurable shopping experience with us. While most of our customers use our policies as intended, we would really appreciate it if everyone would kindly respect our policies so that we can continue serving you better.
We don’t want the handful of people who attempt to abuse our policy to ruin the experience for everyone else.
