What is PIX’s Shipping Policy?

PIX strives to deliver all orders within 8-14 days from the date of purchase. However, delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, order customization, and the delivery location. We ensure that every effort is made to dispatch orders as early as possible. In case of any unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, network issues, or logistical disruptions, we will keep you informed.

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of that you enter the correct information while providing your shipping address and phone number details.

For orders on highstreetpix.com the prices which are listed at the time of your order on the product page apply. These prices are exclusive of taxes and the final price (inclusive of taxes) are shown in the ‘shopping cart’ page.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will have the name of the courier company via which your order has been dispatched along with the Tracking ID that you can use to track you order at every step as it reaches you.

Please tap on “My Orders” section under “My Account” on the Website to check your order status.

Sometimes, there can be a delay in the delivery due to unavoidable circumstances which include:

  • Network issues
  • Unexpected weather conditions
  • Riots, pandemic, etc.
  • Unlocatable or Incomplete address (In such cases, it would be advisable for you to contact the courier company and let them know of your complete address or any landmarks to easily trace your address.)

What are the Shipping Charges?

Shipping within India is FREE! For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.

For cross-border orders, there is a handling charge that will show up as you proceed to pay, depending upon your location. As such, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by you to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country. How are orders placed on the Website delivered to me?

All orders placed on the Website are dispatched through one of our courier partners such as FedEx, Aramex, Blue Dart, DHL, Speed Post, etc.

Can I modify my delivery address?

Yes, you can surely add or remove delivery addresses. You may follow the steps below:

In order to add or remove a particular address, you’d first need to log-in with your registered mail id and password.

Once done, click on the “Delivery Address” tab. Click on the “Edit” option – to edit an existing address with the required details and ensure you hit the “Save Address” tab and you are good to go!

Please note – Address changes done here will not be reflected in your orders that you have already been placed. Nevertheless, in case you have to change or update your address after placing the order, simply get in touch with us and we shall help you further.

Tracking status says “Address unlocatable/Incomplete”, What should I do?

For any kind of address related issues, it’ll be best to provide the courier company with your complete address along with some helpful landmark for them to trace your address easily.

Tracking status says “Consignee not available/Premises Closed”, What should I do?

If there’s a convenient time when you know you’ll be readily available to accept your order, please get in touch with the courier company to schedule delivery for your order.

Tracking Status says “Network Delay”, What should I do?

This usually happens because of unexpected weather conditions, festivals, riots, pandemic or other unforeseen calamities in your delivery area. The delivery is usually arranged for the next working day subject to conditions being eased.

What if I missed the courier person, can I reschedule the delivery?

Not to worry! We usually try and inform our customers when the delivery is going to be attempted (as the delivery person may or may not contact you before attempting delivery). But if for whatever reason you’ve missed the delivery person once, don’t worry about it. The courier companies attempt delivery on the same address at least twice.

However, instead of them attempting delivery again and missing you, it’ll be advisable to let the courier company know of a suitable time and date when you’ll be present at the delivery address and have them attempt delivery again. If you’re not able to get it sorted then you may escalate the issue to us and we shall do the needful.

Even if you’ve missed the delivery TWICE, if you let us know quickly enough, we can get the courier company to attempt the delivery for yet another time at your requested date and time.
